ARNIM RAMDASS

Arnim Ramdass (65) of Orlando, Florida passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2022. Arnim was born February 3, 1956 in Trinidad and Tobago to Ramkay and Iris Ramdass. Arnim completed his education in Trinidad, including Aircraft Mechanics, to pursue his love of airplanes and travel. He had a long career in Aircraft Mechanics. He began his career in Trinidad, then joined American Airlines in New York when he moved there with his family in the late 80s. He later moved to Miami, FL, and continued to work passionately with American Airlines for most of the remainder of his life. Arnim took both pride and joy in his work. He built very meaningful relationships at American Airlines that lasted a lifetime. Arnim enjoyed traveling the world and lived his life with a free spirit and very generous heart. Anyone who knew him, knew that he strived to live a life full of joy and free of worry. He was known for his frequent Barbeques with reggae music, filled with lots of love and laughter. He did everything passionately...he worked hard, played hard, loved strongly, and worshipped God fervently. Arnim loved his two daughters, Candace and Janelle, more than anything. He showed them the world, and would undoubtedly give it to them if he could. He moved closer to them (Orlando, FL) in his later life, and spent lots of quality time with them and his 3 beloved grandchildren. Arnim is survived by his daughters, Janelle Ramdass, and Candace Fouquet; grandchildren, Mia (9), Alana (6), and Jack Jr. (3); and sister, Barbara Bux. He was preceded in death by his parents Ramkay and Iris Ramdass. Arnim will be greatly missed, as he has touched the lives and hearts of many. Please join us on Friday, January 28th from 4-6pm for a Celebration of Life at A Community Funeral Home (910 w Michigan st Orlando fl 32805) to honor Arnim's life. We will gather together to remember an exceptional man full of life, joy, and love. We will share stories, laugh, cry, and say our farewell as One...just the way he wanted us to. We look forward to honoring our Dad with you all – Candace and Janelle To honor his wishes, Arnim's ashes will be sent back home to Trinidad.
