Cecilia Planchart widow of Roy Planchart Sr is survived by her five children Carmeli Kolly, Roy Planchart Jr, Jessie Planchart, Jacqueline Planchart, Carlos Planchart, Her twelve grandchildren: Claudia Kolly, Carla Tran, Christian Kolly, Giselle Planchart, Stephanie Planchart, Nicole Planchart, Sofía Molano, Daniel Planchart, Diego Planchart, Darío Planchart, Adrián Planchart, Her three great-grandchildren: Liam Planchart, Gage Planchart, Vera Moreno, Her in- laws: Erwin Kolly, Mirla Planchart, Lilibeth López, Grandchildren in-law: Johnathan Tran, Jonathan Moreno and Homero Pardi. Others: Alejandro Barreat, Ivanalee Santiago. With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to a wonderful, unforgettable woman. Her legacy will forever guide us through life and we will all treasure the memories with her. Cecilia was family oriented, a talented cook, music lover with a unique sense of humor, caregiving nature, incredibly smart with modern thinking, selfless in every way. Throughout her life, Cecilia touched many lives in different and wonderful ways. She was born in Venezuela, a place she remembered fondly. Her junior years happened in Trinidad where she grew up. Years later, moved back to Caracas where her journey was filled with family, good friends and neighbors in the upcoming years. She married Mr. Roy Planchart Sr where she built her family life with five children. During that time, she started her career at the Tamanaco Hotel where she met great co-workers and many celebrities along the way, including designer Oscar de la Renta, singer Michael Jackson, Gloria Gaynor, actor Peter O’Toole, Guy Williams (The Zorro), among others. Many years later, she packed her stuff and moved to the Capital of the World: New York City. Cecilia, loved the city, used to travel by bus, walk everywhere, even with inclement weather just to please us with the best food ingredients from Chinatown and Brooklyn. After many years, she moved to Orlando and lived in the Sunshine State with her husband Roy Planchart Sr and two daughters Jacqueline and Jessie.
