Our beloved Mother Francine Michele Hart, sadly passed away on April 29, 2016 We (Her) children have fulfilled her request to be cremated. The cremation will be on Tuesday, May 10, 2016: “A Community Funeral Home & Sunset Cremations” ( 910 W. Michigan St., Orlando, Florida 32805) Francine Michele Hart, at 62 years old of Winter Park, FL passed away on April 29th, 2016. Francine was born from the marriage of Frank Rozeke Hart and Constance Elizabeth Hart on November 13,1953, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Francine started school in St. Ignatius Catholic School in West Philadelphia, also she attended Public Schools where she excelled in her studies. She graduated from West Philadelphia High School, where she was sought out by Goddard College, in Vermont. And also was awarded a scholarship to attend at the age of 16 years old. While attending Goddard a union was shared between Mumia Abu Jamal and Francine (Habibah) Michele Hart, in a private ceremony. She had chosen her attribute as: Habibah. And after the dissolution of her union, she devoted her time to her children. Throughout the years she met and married Arthur Page and moved to Atlantic City, NJ. During her marriage she became a small business owner while managing & operating the vending services, while being an administrative assistant to the family’s funeral service company, her husband Arthur Page was vested in. Francine also worked as a Para-professional at Uptown Complex Elementary where her children attended. Several years later they divorced and remained friends. Francine also worked for Meal On Wheels, Inc. as an Administrator before experiencing medical difficulties. Francine enjoyed playing the violin and running track in her earlier years, as well as writing poetry, visiting art galleries and swimming. Francine became involved in Civic Engagement for Social Justice while attending community rallies, led by the Black Panther Party. In later years she became involved with raising her children, and assisting families and community organizations for a better quality of life in neighborhoods. She also attended Temple University’s Pan African Studies program. Francine is survived by her loving children: Christopher & wife: Mati, Jamal, Lateefah, Abdul, Rebekah, Joseph, Kara & husband: Eric and Marcus. Also survived by her grandchildren: Aiyona, Christopher, Amber, Jivon, Christian, Lailah, Jinnah, Kataleya, Jamal, Lateef, Muneer, Ajamu, Joe, Justin, Jayden, Amanda, Amauri, Rachel, Rylie, Jaylin, Ryan, Mael & great-grandchildren. Also survived by her loving siblings: Gail, Frank, Sheila, Joanne, Lauren, Sylvia, Tracey and Stacey. (A host of Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Neices, Cousins, In-Laws as well as friends.) She was predeceased by her Grandmother: Edith, Mother: Constance, Aunt: Jaqueline and her Baby brother: John (Muns-Muns) As well as her first cousins Michelle, and Vanessa, who are from her predeceased Aunt Jacqueline: The only sister of Francine’s predeceased Mother, Constance.
