Oscar Favela Moreno

Oscar Moreno Favela, was born in San Pedro, Coahuila, México on May 14th of 1961. Son of Jesús Moreno and Josefina Favela, brother of Alejando, Leticia, and surviving brothers Vicente, Fernando, y Mario Moreno. He started his journey from Mexico, to Texas, and made his final move to Orlando, FL in 1986. He was a hard working man, devoted his love and providing for his daughters Elizabeth Moreno (Seo Thach), Sandy Limon, and Esther Moreno (Ivan Read) along with his only son Matthew Moreno (Nelda Ortiz). In his younger years of life, he loved to play soccer. When he could no longer play, he continued to watch Soccer and was involved in all kinds of sports. His TV was always on, it was his therapy. You would hear basketball, football, baseball, and soccer games all day long. His favorite American football team was the Dallas Cowboys and Mexican Soccer team was Las Agilas de America. He was a genuine and compassionate man, easy going, and easily made friends where ever he went. If he knew anyone was in need, he would provide what he could to help them. It was never hard for him to say no, it was easy for him to give what he could. His infamous saying was, "If you can help and provide, do it, and don't expect anything back." He loved God and knew that God never abandon him and God was there through all his journey, even in the last moments of his life. Spanish: Oscar Moreno Favela, nació en San Pedro, Coahuila, México el 14 de Mayo de 1961. Hijo de Jesús Moreno y Josefina Favela, hermano de Alejando, Leticia, Vicente, Fernando, y Mario Moreno. Comenzó su viaje desde México a Texas y tomo su decisión mudarse definitivamente a Orlando, Florida, en 1986. Era un hombre muy trabajador, que dedicó su amor y su sustento a sus hijas Elizabeth Moreno (Seo Thach), Sandy Limon y Esther Moreno (Ivan Read) y a su único hijo Matthew Moreno (Nelda Ortiz). Le encantaba todo tipo de deporte pero lo que mas le gustaba desde joven era jugar futbol. Cuando no podía jugar mas, dedicaba su tiempo libre viendo todo tipo de deporte como baloncesto, futbol, y futbol americano. Su equipo favorito en futbol americano fue Los Dallas Cowboys y de futbol Las Agilas del América. Era un hombre genuino, compasivo, tranquilo y con el que era muy fácil hacer amigos dondequiera que fuera. Si veía a alguien necesitado, proporcionaba lo que podía para ayudar. Para él era fácil dar y proveer cuando podía. Amaba a Dios y sabía que Dios nunca lo abandonaría, ni siquiera en los últimos momentos de su vida.
